1. Services
Software engineering, product development and technology consulting services are provided under written agreements.
2. Proposals & payment
Scope, timeline, pricing and payment milestones are defined in a proposal and confirmed before work begins.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, agreed deliverables transfer to the client. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain reusable.
4. Changes & liability
Scope changes are documented and priced before implementation. Liability is limited as defined in the written agreement.
