A growing B2C marketplace connecting 400+ independent interior brands with buyers across DACH. I lead the platform team: vendor onboarding, catalogue search, order routing and the split-payment settlement engine.

The Challenge

Marketplaces fail on the boring parts: search quality at vendor scale, reliable order routing between sellers, and payment settlement that vendors can actually audit.

The Solution

I'm building a faceted Elasticsearch-free search layer on Postgres full-text with tuned ranking, a deterministic order-routing service, and a settlement ledger where every cent a vendor earns is traceable to an invoice.
